Supporting You Co-ordinator

When I was 18, I left England and moved to Australia to complete my Bachelor of Psychology (Hons). That leap taught me everything about courage, growth, and the power of believing in yourself.

I'm someone who loves learning new things, and I'm always discovering something that I can bring back to my work. Whether it's a new approach, a fresh perspective, or simply a better way to connect with people, I believe growth never stops.

My own journey showed me that with genuine care, the right resources, and someone who really believes in you, you can create changes in your life that you never thought possible. I've seen firsthand how the right support can turn someone's whole world around, and I'm passionate about making that support actually accessible - not just available, but reachable for everyone who needs it.

I believe that real connection comes from understanding what someone is going through because you've walked a similar path yourself. My background in peer support has taught me that sometimes the most powerful thing you can offer someone is simply saying "I get it" and meaning it.

I love building genuine relationships with the people I support - creating that safe space where you can be completely yourself without judgment. My approach is always person-centered and trauma-informed because I know that everyone's story is different. I'm passionate about breaking down stigma and helping people see their own strength, even when they can't see it themselves. At the end of the day, I'm here to walk alongside you on your journey, not ahead of you or behind you, but right there with you.
